Overall a good comfortable hotel with good facilities: Comfy bed, good toiletries (appreciated that), good hair dryer (don’t find these in a lot of places), nice indoor pool, good gym, good food prepared by Maria and another kind guy, kind staff and very close to malls (with cinema) and bus stops. They don’t include kits like sewing or ear buds but when I needed a safety pin and asked for one they provided for a sewing kit which I also appreciated. If you have breakfast included it comes in the form of vouchers of €$10 per person per night. What is not written in the breakfast prices is that they are not including tax. Downtown Chicago accessible via express bus ride or short bus ride and train from nearby village of downers grove- ask for the schedule at reception. tickets are just a few dollars- Uber or Lyft to the city will cost a bit more but will be faster. we didn’t sit at the bar to enjoy the music but they had live music at night which was nice.

the atmosphere was great, we were welcomed with love music and everyone of all ages enjoying the bar area, pool table area and outdoor patio. The staff were excellent from the moment we walked through the doors. very helpful all weekend long. We requested a top floor room and they had one ready for us. The rooms were very comfortable for me and my wife, lots of room for clothes and storage for bags. And great Tv reception and the ability to quickly log in to Netflix on the tv. I didn’t get to test the WiFi on my phone but my phone reception was so good I didn’t even think about it. The showers were very nice and the soaps provided were great, my wife used the shampoo and conditioner twice and she’s very picky about her hair products!! All in all great stay. If we are ever in the area again for some reason we will be sure to use this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel has a fun vibe with evening entertainment in the lobby. I appreciate that my bed was not on the neighboring room's wall- rather on an internal wall. Smart TVs allowed for music streaming. Front desk staff were very friendly.

I really liked the overall amenities and the location was fantastic. Bar, convenience store, and pool all great. The overall atmosphere was extremely friendly and they sorted out an issue with our heater efficiently

James, Michelle, Jerome and Alberto were the best employees in the world! The staff was very nice and accommodating! The setting was comfortable and very clean. I LOVED the playlists that Michelle had me listen to. It was a different twist. I liked how they had a cafe and a bar.

property was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, beds were comfortable, everything you needed for a short stay was there, great location on a nice town with all stores close by. Would definitely go back! They even accommodate an early check in for me! So pleased with this hotel!
